Duties and Taxes
Please note that your package may be assessed for import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your purchase date
- Be in its original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition
- Be returned with all original pouch and bag
- Please note that special orders, custom styles or SALE items are not eligible for a return
- Request a return authorisation number by contacting us through the the "Contact Us" page on our website. In your request, please specify your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason of return or exchange. Please also include any photos which may help our customer service team handle your request.
- Upon approval of the return or exchange, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions for shipping your item(s) back to ecllective.
- Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 days of our customer service team receiving the shipment.
- We only accept returns or exchanges that have been delivered with a traceable shipping carrier that is approved by our customer service team
- Customers are responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by our customer service team.
- If you purchased an ecllective piece from a third-party retailer or stockist, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies
- Items returned without prior authorization will be returned at the customer’s expense
- Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
ecllective reserves the right to reject or exchanges or returns which do not comply with our policies. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
